The Auction Just Ended

Once the auction is over and the excitement cools, you wonder what happens next, right? The process is different for buyers and consignors, so let's break down what you should expect to happen next no matter what side you are. 

Buyers, yours moves a bit sooner, so let's start there.

  • Payments are due by close of business on Tuesday, July 23, 2024.
  • Loadout is scheduled Sunday, July 21, 2024, through Friday, July 26, 2024, from 9AM to 4PM. Loadouts are by appointment, but appointments are not guarantee of a time of service. If there are no available loadouts for the day you are trying to schedule, please call us at 505-295-8270. Please book based on the estimated amount of time it will take to load your items, not based on the number of items you have. It takes approximately 10 minutes per item on smaller lots. Containers and large items may take longer. The last truck may enter the gate at 4:00PM if you are running late for an end-of-day appointment, please call 505-295-8270. Extended Loadout is available through Friday, August 2, 2024. 
    • If you are sending an alternate pickup person, please email us at info@jandjauction.com with your name, lot number to be released, and the name of person or company picking up the lot(s).
  • Titles are mailed out 10 business days after the auction via USPS Priority Mail. To insure delivery to the appropriate address, please complete and return the Title Request Form received with your paid invoice.

Now on to the Seller's side of things. 

  • Preliminary statements go out the Friday following the auction (5 business days).
  • Payments go out to sellers 10 business days (14 Calendar) after the auction. Payments may be delayed due to incomplete paperwork, including but not limited to unsigned or slow titles.

Want to reconsign? Easy! We can take care of that paperwork 6 Business Days after the auction, after the first week of loadout. 

On Monday, August 5, 2024, we will be open and ready to accept your consignments for the Regional Online Equipment Auction (to be held on September 21, 2024).
