Payment Methods
Payment arrangements must be made for all items on the auction date. We accept cash, major credit cards, and checks (if over 10,000 must be accompanied with a Bank Letter of Guarantee) with proper id or 10% down on balances over 10,000 with the remaining balance due on Monday in guaranteed funds. For Internet bidders the card used to register will/casn be charged for the amount due unless other arranagements have been made prior to 10am on the Monday following the auction. All lots must be paid for by the scheduled loadout or the card used to registered will be used for payment. All Purchases $5,000 and greater are subject to an administrative fee of 10% on the 1st 5,000 & 2.5% on the remaining balance and all purchases 4999.00 and less are subject to an administrative fee of 10% per lot. There is an 3% administrative fee that will be discounted/waived for all non electronic forms of payment ie Cash, Check or Wire Transfer. |
Auction Item Removal
Items are to be picked up at the auction site. Items can be removed during the auction after payment as long as it does not interfere with the auction ring. All items must be picked up by 12:00 pm on Tuesday after the auction unless prior arrangements have been approved by the main office. See Auction information for exact dates.
