Registration Requirements

· Valid Driver’s License, Passport or Government ID

· Bank Letter of Guarantee

· Tax Exemption For Dealers

· Used Vehicle Dealers License for Dealers

Bidding Process

· After completing the registration process, you are now ready to participate in the auction.

· All property is sold “As Is Where Is” Condition: All information was obtained from sources assumed to be correct but is not guaranteed by J&J Auctioneers LLC.

· In case of a tie bid, auctioneer reserves the right to reopen the bid between those two bidders. Auctioneer reserves the right to revoke any bid card at any time. Anyone bidding for an account other than their own must obtain a separate bid number for that account.

 

Note: Online bidding is provided by our vendor, Hi-Bid. When you visit the online bidding provider (Hi-Bid ) you are leaving the J&J Auctioneers website. Information shared between you and Hi-bid is done on a separate platform and beyond the control of J.&J Auctioneers LLC.

RISK OF LOSS:

Once auctioneer accepts the highest bid, any item is then sold. Buyer then takes delivery and assumes all risk of loss for the item and buyer agrees to obtain full liability insurance coverage for the item as may be required by law.

Payment

Onsite Bidders:

· Complete payment is required on the auction day for invoices under 10,000.00 in guaranteed funds: traveler's checks, money orders and/or bank certified checks. Credit card payment will be accepted by Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover. Personal and Company checks under 10,000 or accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee will be accepted on auction day.

· For invoices over 10,000.00 a 10% deposit is required on sale day with the remaining balance due within 2 business days of the sale, in guaranteed funds: wire transfer, traveler's checks, money orders and/or bank certified checks.

Internet Bidders:

· Complete Payment is required within 2 business days of the sale, in guaranteed funds: wire transfer, traveler's checks, money orders and/or bank certified checks. Credit card payment will be accepted by Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover.

· We gladly accept cash, check, money order or wire transfers (Call 575-485-2508 for Wiring Instructions).

· We Accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. A 3% administrative Fee will charged.

 

ADMINSTRATIVE FEE TERMS:

All Purchases are subject to a per lot administrative fee of 10% on the 1st 5,000 & 2.5% on the remaining balance. (The Administrative Fee is Taxable in NM). Sales tax will be collected on non-titled items per state regulations; tax rate is determined by the physical location of the item(s).

SALES TAX:

All Sales will be subject to State and Local Sales Tax Laws.

TITLES:

Titles are not available on sale day and will be mailed to purchaser approximately 10 business days after satisfactory settlement. No titles will be available if vehicles are marked “No Title”.

Check Out Procedures

· All accounts under 10,000 must be settled the day of the auction. Upon payment of your purchase, you will receive a gate pass stamped paid. The person removing the equipment must surrender the clerking ticket at the gate. See Shipping / Pickup under auction details for the auction specific removal instructions.

· No items can be removed from the sale until full payment has been received.

LOADING:

All equipment must be removed the Tuesday after the sale. J&J Auctioneers LLC or employees are not responsible for loading or unloading equipment but will assist you with your equipment. We are not responsible for securing loads

Disclosures: Announcements the day of the sale take precedence over all printed matter and advertising.

 

Notice to Attendees:

Persons attending are notified that an Auction Site is a potentially dangerous place. Flammable, corrosive and pressurized substances are present, heavy equipment is being operated and electric circuits may be live. Every person at the Auction Site before, during and after the auction sale shall be deemed to be there at his or her own risk with notice of the condition of the premises, the activities on the premises and the conduct of third parties and any registered bidder shall so advise his agents and employees. No persons shall have any claim against the Auctioneers, their agents, employees or principals for any injuries sustained, nor for damages to or loss of property which may occur from any cause whatsoever
