As we work to wrap up the Albuquerque Area Equipment Auction, we would like to take a moment to remind you of a few important dates.

    • Payments are due by Tuesday.
    • No Seller Deductions until after Wednesday.
    • Preliminary Seller statements start to go out on Wednesday.
    • Checks do not go out to sellers until 10 business days (two weeks) after any payments or necessary paperwork has been received.
    • Titles for vehicles go out 10 business days (two weeks) after the payment is received. This is not applicable to titles noted as "slow" or "in transit" as those dates may vary based on the amount of time it takes to get to us.
    • Loadout is Sunday, 4/16 - Friday 4/21 from 9AM-4PM at 507 Boundary CT SE, Albuquerque, NM 87105. You do NOT have to have an appointment. Appointments are encouraged for the consideration of your time.
    • Please call to loadout by appointment Monday, 4/24, through Friday, 4/28.
